We do not offer an open end return policy on merchandise.

Return Authorization requests must be submitted using the form below. If you have been in possession of your merchandise for longer than two weeks (fourteen days) a return or refund cannot be processed.

This policy was agreed to by the cardholder at the time of purchase. This information is posted on the website where the merchandise was purchased and available throughout the ordering process.

Return Policy:

Customer Care All returns require a Return Authorization Form to be processed.
Customer Care Items must be returned within fourteen days of your delivery to be processed.
Customer Care Actual Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Customer Care Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customer Care There is a 25% processing fee on all undeliverable, refused or returned items.
Customer Care Check payments will receive store credit only minus shipping and processing fees.
Customer Care No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not in original packaging.
Customer Care No refunds will be issued on modified or customized items.
Customer Care No refunds will be issued on Limited Edtion merchandise.

Customer Care Customer Service will verify the delivery date via the tracking information by the carrier before a Return Authorization is processed. If your item does not qualify for a return, no response will be received from the request. If a Return Authorization form is processed, the item must still be received back at the facility within fourteen days of your delivery date. Items returned after fourteen days of the delivery date will not be processed even though a Return Authorization was administered.

All items pass quality control and are checked before shipping. Check package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. NGW must be notified directly if a damage or loss claim is filed.

Submit the form below to request a Return Authorization Form to be sent to the cardholder email address to process a return. Once this form is submitted, it will be reviewed by customer service and the cardholder will receive an email with the Return Authorization.

Purchaser/User Assumes All Risks: It is up to the customer, not the seller to verify the legalities of these items in your area and or shipping location. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to purchase any product considered to be a weapon or any items located on the websites.
