We are located in Southwest Florida. Most orders are shipped out of the Southwest Florida Facility. At times, some orders may ship out of facilities closer to the delivery location.

Billing Information:
All credit cards are charged and processed directly by NGW. All customer information is confidential and never released or sold to any type of third parties or marketing companies. We use current SSL Encryption to ensure a safe and secure online transactions.
Tracking Information:
Average delivery time is five to ten business days from the day you place the order. A business day is Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers will be automatically e-mailed after shipment. A current and valid e-mail address is necessary to receive tracking information as well as order updates.

Shipping methods:
All orders are shipped via ground service. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. A current and valid email address is required to receive this information. While we offer shipping to alternate delivery addresses, not all items are eligible for this service. The average delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on your location. At our discretion, we may reduce manufacturer packaging for shipping efficiency.
Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipped to a single location. For orders with multiple items shipped to multiple locations, standard shipping rates will apply to each address. Flat rate shipping does not apply to purchase orders using terms for payment or orders that are not placed online. For the shipping discount to apply, payment must be received before the order is shipped.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas where standard ground service is unavailable will incur additional shipping charges. These charges may be quoted at checkout in the "Sales Tax/Location Rate" field. Your original payment method will be charged for any additional shipping costs. If a shipment is returned to us, shipping charges are non-refundable, as the carrier does not offer refunds. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges to reship the order.
Customers requesting international shipments or using a third-party shipping account (e.g., FedEx, UPS) are responsible for all associated transportation costs and fees, including export fees, penalties, and fines. These charges will be billed to the original payment method used for the initial order. If we must employ legal counsel to enforce these terms, the purchaser will be liable for reasonable attorney’s fees, third-party fees, and costs incurred during any litigation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery location. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or stolen merchandise. The customer is responsible for following up with the carrier regarding any delivery discrepancies and for all associated costs.
Backordered Items and Partial Shipments:
Items that are backordered will not be charged to your card until they are back in stock and ready to ship. We offer a complimentary free placement service to reserve your item.
Please note that due to manufacturer price increases beyond our control, the price of a backordered item may be subject to change. If the price has increased upon the item's restock, the order can only be processed at the current price. We will notify you of any price adjustments upon the item's return to stock. All backorders and partial shipments will incur the standard flat-rate shipping fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any backorder that has been pending for ninety (90) days or more if the manufacturer is unable to provide a firm estimated time of arrival.
Ordering Outside of the US:
Currently, we are shipping within the United States and Military Boxes only.
We do not currently deliver to international addresses.
Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Authorization Form to be processed.
Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery to be processed.
Actual Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There is a 25% processing fee on all undeliverable, refused or returned items.
Check payments will receive store credit only minus shipping and processing fees.
No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not in original packaging.
No refunds will be issued on modified or customized items.
No refunds will be issued on Limited Edtion merchandise.
We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or after 14 days.
Customer Service will verify the delivery date via the tracking information by the carrier before a Return Authorization is processed. If your item does not qualify for a return, no response will be received from the request. If a Return Authorization form is processed, the item must still be received back at the facility within fourteen days of your delivery date. Items returned after fourteen days of the delivery date will not be processed even though a Return Authorization was administered.
All items pass quality control and are checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier within three days of delivery with any loss or damage claims. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. All items are insured at retail value. Customer Service must be notified within five days of a damage or loss claim being filed.
Customer privacy is important to us. All customer information is confidentially handled. No information on our customers is sold or released to any third parties. All credit cards are processed directly by NGW. E-mail addresses are never sold or released.
Spam/Abuse Policy:
Customers may not, and shall not assist others to, abuse or fraudulently use this website.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Sending unsolicited email (spam).
Attempting to obtain products without payment.
Unauthorized access or attempts to alter customer information.
Engaging in any activity that causes a denial of service.
Interfering with the website's network.
Violating any applicable law or aiding in any unlawful act.
Harassment, including the use of profanity, threats, or intimidation.
Defamation & Legal Defense:
