We are located in Southwest Florida. Most orders are shipped out of the Southwest Florida Facility. At times, some orders may ship out of facilities closer to the delivery location.

Billing Information:

All credit cards are charged and processed directly by NGW. All customer information is confidential and never released or sold to any type of third parties or marketing companies. We use current SSL Encryption to ensure a safe and secure online transactions.


Tracking Information:

Average delivery time is five to ten business days from the day you place the order. A business day is Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers will be automatically e-mailed after shipment. A current and valid e-mail address is necessary to receive tracking information as well as order updates.

Shipping methods:

All orders are shipped UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as they are available. A current and valid email address will be required to receive tracking information. Average delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on delivery location.

Shipments going to APO boxes, FPO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you at checkout in the Sales Tax/Location Rate field. Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping location. The credit card submitted on the original order will be charged accordingly with the current rates.

Customers who request an order be shipped via their third party freight account or billed to any other type of shipping account (FedEx, UPS, Etc.) will be responsible for all transportation charges and costs that are denied or billed back to us. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the original credit card or payment method used for the initial order transaction.


Ordering Outside of the US:

Currently, we are shipping within the United States and Military Boxes only.

We do not currently deliver to international addresses.


Return Policy:

Customer Care All returns require a Return Authorization Form to be processed.
Customer Care Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery to be processed.
Customer Care Actual Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Customer Care Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customer Care There is a 25% processing fee on all undeliverable, refused or returned items.
Customer Care Check payments will receive store credit only minus shipping and processing fees.
Customer Care No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not in original packaging.
Customer Care No refunds will be issued on modified or customized items.

Customer Care All items must pass quality control and are thoroughly checked  before shipping. Check  package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. NGW must be notified directly if a damage or loss claim is filed.
