Credit Card Update

Read Carefully: If you received a notification from Customer Service that your credit card was declined or invalid, you can use this method to securely update your credit card information.

The billing address of the credit card must match the address on the credit card statements. We use an address verification system when processing all credit cards.

Some items can only be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. Due to the nature of these items, alternate unverified addresses are not permitted on some purchases.

By clicking 'Update' you will proceed through the checkout process. This will not charge your credit card, only update your information in the system to process your declined order.

If you prefer, you can place a new order as duplicate orders will not be processed.

Visa/MasterCard

If you are using a Visa or MasterCard, please provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value). This is the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa or MC card account number.

Amex

If your credit card is an American Express card please provide the 4-digit CID (Confidential Identifier Number). This is the 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.

Tracking information will be automatically e-mailed when order is shipped.
